Here lies my recipe depository - some of you have asked me to write them down. I didn't do it as a conventional recipe but they are pretty free form meals.

I stole and modified some of these - so my apologies to all the cooks in the world. I will add some of Mom's recipes too, and of course Craig's famous salsa.
